MY OFFERS
Advice, support, participation
My services are available to people who have been diagnosed with autism (often together with ADHD), are over 21 years old and live in Hamburg. People who turn to me need support that is based on trust and understanding. And so I see myself as a conversation partner on an equal footing who is committed to helping those affected find their way to a more satisfied life. Through individual advice and support for individuals in the areas of official matters, therapeutic and medical care, finding solutions to everyday questions, housing issues, developing a career perspective based on individual needs, i.e. choosing training and career and, if desired, support in setting up a self-employed business and much more. I also offer a number of small groups. I attach great importance to a calm and protected atmosphere without excessive demands and sensory overload. My services are available to those who receive a "personal budget" from the specialist office for integration assistance and also to those who want to pay themselves.
First introductory meeting
In a 30-minute introductory consultation, we'll discuss how a productive and trusting collaboration can work together. This allows us to determine which support is best for you personally. Please bring a hard copy of your diagnosis(es) with you to the appointment so we can address your individual needs directly.
Advice for professionals
I offer social workers individualized advice and practical support on issues related to autism and ADHD in adulthood, particularly in the field of ASP support.
Kostenlose SELBSTHILFEGRUPPE
A small and manageable support group for adults diagnosed with autism.
When and where? Two Tuesdays a month from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Villa der Chancen in Fuhlsbüttel.
Dates for 2025:
July 1st and July 29th / August 12th and August 26th / September 9th and September 23rd / October 14th and October 28th / November 11th and November 25th / December 9th and December 23rd
How? Registration using this form is required by 6 p.m. on the Monday before the respective Tuesday. The group is limited to 8 people. You will receive a registration confirmation, valid for the next available Tuesday.
Als staatlich anerkannte Erzieherin und Diplom-Sozialpädagogin verfüge ich über langjährige Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen unterschiedlichen Alters und in vielfältigen Lebenssituationen.
Besonders geprägt hat mich meine Tätigkeit als ASP-Unterstützerin, bevor ich mich schließlich auf die Arbeit mit Menschen im Autismus-Spektrum spezialisiert habe.
