MY OFFERS
Advice, support, participation
My services are available to people who have been diagnosed with autism (often together with ADHD), are over 21 years old and live in Hamburg. People who turn to me need support that is based on trust and understanding. And so I see myself as a conversation partner on an equal footing who is committed to helping those affected find their way to a more satisfied life. Through individual advice and support for individuals in the areas of official matters, therapeutic and medical care, finding solutions to everyday questions, housing issues, developing a career perspective based on individual needs, i.e. choosing training and career and, if desired, support in setting up a self-employed business and much more. I also offer a number of small groups. I attach great importance to a calm and protected atmosphere without excessive demands and sensory overload. My services are available to those who receive a "personal budget" from the specialist office for integration assistance and also to those who want to pay themselves.

During an initial 30-minute introductory conversation, we will find out whether we can create a good path for productive cooperation. I also offer my services in English.
Suspected diagnosis?
The path to an official diagnosis and the waiting time for the relevant appointments is usually very long and can be very emotionally stressful. I offer the opportunity to clarify questions, doubts and uncertainties in a one-on-one conversation. If desired, I can help you find a place for a diagnosis. I do not diagnose myself.
Advice for professionals
In my consulting for professionals in the social sector, I offer individual support for questions about autism/ADHD in adulthood. Feel free to write to me.
Kostenlose SELBSTHILFEGRUPPE
Eine kleine und überschaubare Selbsthilfegruppe für Erwachsene mit der Diagnose Autismus.
Wann und wo? An zwei Dienstagen im Monat von 16 -17 Uhr in der Villa der Möglichkeiten in Fuhlsbüttel.
Termine für 2025:
01.07. und 29.07. / 12.08. und 26.08. / 09.09. und 23.09. / 14.10. und 28.10 / 11.11. und 25.11. / 09.12. und 23.12.
Wie? Eine Anmeldung über dieses Formular ist unbedingt bis montags vor dem entsprechendem Dienstag bis 18 Uhr erforderlich. Die Gruppe ist auf 8 Personen begrenzt. Es gibt eine Anmeldebestätigung, die für den nächstmöglichen Dienstag gilt.
Als Staatlich anerkannte Erzieherin und Dipl.-Sozialpädagogin blicke ich auf eine lange berufliche Laufbahn in der Arbeit mit Menschen zurück.
Ich habe u.a. viele Jahre als ASP-Unterstützerin gearbeitet und mich dann letztendlich auf Menschen aus dem Autismusspektrum spezialisiert.
